The Attendance and Membership Form should be submitted by each club to the District Attendance Secretary no later than the 10th of each month. Any of the following methods may be used to provide your club's information: 1. Attachment to e-mail at rotary6760@gmail.com 2. Use Clubmate to send to rotary6760@gmail.com 3. Send by slow-mail to Vernon Burrow, 603 Saratoga Dr. Murfreesboro, TN 37130 4. Send fax to Vernon Burrow at 615-893-7447 (must call that number first and ask Vernon to answer it as a fax.) 5. Call Vernon Burrow on his cell phone # 615-406-6385 and give numbers to him by phone, or ask for other options.
