Rotary District 6760                                                Lead The Way !

Subscriber, I had to privilege of attending the Team Training seminar this past Saturday.  It was good to put a face to the Rotarians who've traded correspondence with me over the past eight months.  If you're a President, or President-Elect, be sure to tap the very valuable resources of your very dedicated District Team.

As the District Conference draws near, please remember I'm asking for your help with media (video, pictures, anything) to be used in the presentations.  Thanks!  -- Ken Ivey

G'day

The Aussies are coming....
What a Great Opportunity to taste the International flavor of Rotary.  If anyone in you Rotary Club would like to host a Rotary Couple from our Sister District in Western Australia please consider being a host.  At this time we are trying to finalize our arrangements.  You will find attached an agenda, hints to those who may host and a form to submit your willingness to host.  Please look this over and consider this great opportunity to show "Rotary Shares".  As I've experienced in many years in Rotary I find being involved with the International aspect of our programs is so rewarding.  If you can't personally open your home consider allowing and encouraging others in your club to do so.

As you'll see we have many side trips planned while they will be in West Tennessee April 23-28 to entertain them.  The host may join in these events if they wish or just allow our guest to attend allowing the host not to feel that they are responsible in entertaining our guest for 5 days.  The couple may be shared by others in your club if needed, but we suggest not to move them more than once (two hosts) 2-3 day stay so they don't have to move a lot for that is inconvenient.

Please consider this great opportunity.  If you have any questions please feel free to contact me,  731-668-9851.

Thanks,
Glen Vanderford
