Youth Exchange Committee Responsibilities: Prepare a listing of International Youth Exchange Programs (both year long and summer exchange) with guidelines for participation which can be distributed by the District Governor to local clubs. Encourage each Rotary Club to seek International Youth Exchanges in their club areas.
