Rotary Grad School

District 6760’s Rotary Grad School is now accepting nominations for students for the 2016-2017 Rotary school year. ┬áStudents are to be past club presidents who are interested, able and willing to serve in leadership positions at the District level and beyond. Students are nominated by fellow Rotarians, who serve as the students’ mentors during the course year. The mentors/coaches are expected to be in contact with their nominated student throughout the year and participate with the student in the lesson study and exam.

There is a $60 fee to cover books and materials. ┬áThis fee is payable only after notification that the student has been accepted for this year, and hopefully the fee will be paid by the student’s club.

The Grad School course consists of 7 lessons, one each month via email, beginning October 1, 2016 on various aspects of Rotary – Organization and Structure of RI; District 6760 History, Organization, Procedures and Policies; Our Rotary Foundation; Membership; Club Administration; Effective Service Projects; and International, Vocational and Youth Service. Faculty for each module are Past District Governor’s in our District.
