Scholarship applications have been mailed to all club presidents 10 January 2007 along with a set of instructions.

The suggested time line for the applications after they are completed by the applicants, is as follows:

	1. Applicants should file completed applications with the SCHOOL GUIDANCE COUNSELOR on or before 28 February 2007.
	2. Applications should then be filed with the Local Rotary Club on or before 7 March 2007.
	3. Each Local Club shall select one boy and one girl candidate and the applications should be forwarded for receipt by the District Committee Chairman by 21 March 2007

All terms of the 10 January memorandum which was attached with the applications for scholarship must be fully complied with. The dates as above correspond to the dates in the same memo.

(Date for meeting by the District Scholarship Committee is tentatively set for 31 March 2007, to be called by the chairman of the committee.)
