Youth Exchangepromote international exchange programs (both long and short term) with clubs throughout our district. Select, screen, interview and orientate the exchange students and help with the coordination of a successful exchange program. RYLA -Rotary Youth Leadership Academy- promote development of the student’s qualities of leadership, good citizenship and personal attributes. The program may be conducted in either a seminar or leadership camp format, similar to Boys/Girls State.
