The weekend will kick off in Franklin, with a luncheon on Friday, May 18 featuring Mike Keith, the voice of the Tennessee Titans with a motivational message on how we make a difference. Following that will be educational sessions on making a difference at your club and gaining a better understanding of grants, membership and social media. Friday evening we will experience how one Rotary club makes a difference, as we attend the 69th annual Franklin Rodeo, which on Friday night will raise money for “Man Up Crusade” against Domestic Violence.

There’s even more in store on Saturday, May 19. Come prepared for The Rotary Foundation trivia competition at breakfast. Then we’ll all make a difference as we Rise Against Hunger and pack 10,152 meals for international hunger relief, all  before lunch. Lunch will celebratethose clubs in the district making a difference, plus introduce you to three teens and their interpretations of the Rotary Four-Way Test. Saturday afternoon will have more educational sessions on public image. Our District Conference will close with a Governor’s Banquet which promises to end the weekend on a high note.
