The Rotary Leadership Institute (Parts I, II & III) will soon be held in D6760.
Do you aspire to a leadership position with your Rotary club? Do you want to learn new skills to get ahead at work? Either way, the Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) is for you!
- Part I: Leadership Characteristics, Rotary Beyond the Club, The Rotary Foundation I, Membership Retention, Leadership/Team Building and Service Projects.
- Part II: Leadership-Goals, The Rotary Foundation II, Communication Skills, Ethics-Vocational Service, Membership-Recruitment, and Analyzing Your Rotary Club.
- Part III: International Service, Effective Leadership Strategies (2 sessions), Rotary Opportunities, Leadership-Public Relations and Making a Difference.
If you have not previously taken an RLI course, you will need to register for Part I. You can only take one part per day since all three parts are full day courses. You must have completed Part I to take Part II and you must have completed Parts I & II to take Part III.
The Rotary Leadership Institute courses will be announce when scheduled. This all day training provides a notebook (Part I) and CD, along with a Continental Breakfast and Lunch plus access to other up and coming Rotary club leaders in the area.
The registration fee is $50 per person and it is recommended that the clubs pay the registration fee. Please note that the HOA-RLI cancellation policy is for two weeks prior to the date the course is being conducted. You can register on-line at www.hoa-rli.com.
